Online Data Backup

Backup is an important element of running a computer, and internet backup is a new type of data backup.  Traditionally, data backup involved a physical media such as a hard drive or a floppy disk.  Now, it is possible to back up data through the internet.  It can make backing up data go much easier and smoother.  Also, it protects your data from disasters such as fires and floods, which data may be ruined in.
  
   When data is backed up using the internet, it is stored on an online server which is separate from the computer.  All you need to do is go to the internet address were you online drive is found, log in, and you have access to all of the files that you have backed up.
